Also of note this weeks hedges for the MEGA9 and MSTR reports will be out later today, we want to see how today’s action goes and then we will set a hedge target in tonight’s outlook. *Please note the green box highlighting what a 1.50% interest rate would look like if the Federal Reserve were to cut short rates back down again utilizing the ZIRP methodology. We aren’t sure its an option at this point considering the debasement that is going on, but it does demonstrate the difference in interest costs from 3.75% to 1.50% and paying $1.5T in interest vs $600Bn. That is a massive difference and we believe would be deflationary and not inflationary.
