MassMutual Dips into Bitcoin Water

Bloomberg reported today that,
Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co. has purchased $100 million in Bitcoin for its general investment fund.
The mutual insurer also acquired a $5 million minority equity stake in NYDIG, a subsidiary of Stone Ridge that provides cryptocurrency services to institutions.
This is the kind of initial investment that could grow substantially in the coming years and if you the investor was a bit skeptical before about Bitcoin and its future, well its stories like this that should give you the indication that maybe, just maybe this is something big!
