Settles for Tues. 9 15 20
NQ Leads the way AGAIN
Here is the settlement sheet for today a couple of highlights:
We rolled Energies to November, as the sector had a decent day
Bonds were waffling around mostly with the US Govt 10Y seemingly pinned at 0.68% although the front end outperformed on this down move
Equities bolstered by the Nasdaq +183 points today and +30% on the year, thank QE
The FX markets were mixed as there wasn’t much change to speak of
So not even KKW can take down the equities with her bazillion fan base and influence. Speculation is still rampant and all those sitting around screens without much else to do, although I guess you can bet on football once again, so maybe Draftkings will benefit as well. We can’t help but think the markets are at peak complacency, yet don’t tell anyone that the economy matters…because Magnelibra readers know better!
