Quick post here, check out this SP500 chart, I can’t help but the AI & ML crowd is sniffing on this right now, remember a lot of our flows are dominated by algo driven quant programs and when patterns arise, which is how AI and ML learn and learn and retool, then maybe just maybe we have a story brewing:
Also out today’s is Thusday’s weekly FED H4 Balance sheet, where we see Assets rose to $7.06Bln up $53.8Bln this week. However we keep seeing this theme of MBS and USTs buying over the mandate as this week saw a total of $37 Bln bought. We continue to believe this is the only thing holding everything up. The entire system is beholden to this rigging. The FED actually thinks printing money and buying assets is sustainable real growth. See Magnelibra Econemotions readers know this is not the path to sustainable anything, rather QE goes to one class and one class only, the very very top. It forces false signaling and leads to institutional and corporate complacency.
We never imagined so many astute people would fall victim to this ideology, in fact its rather disgusting because the truth is right in front of our faces day in and day out. You live your life you do the right things you bust your ass to try to do things and you get paid wages for your labor, to only have your wages discounted into inflationary oblivion all the while forcing your ass out the risk curve just to keep up because you lose 2% in real rate loss due to these artificial rigging policies. When we see very astute people clamoring and clapping QE and its miraculous mirage of growth, we laugh but we cry at the same time, because we know the truth, its all Rigged.
Which brings me to this clip that one of our Twitter friends sent, if you haven’t seen this Powell clip, well here you go, Powell 2% The absolute funniest yet sad thing about this is that Powell is absolutely lying, he knows it and he probably doesn’t lose one ounce of sleep over it, as for the commoner, well you will never get it, why because these people are pathological and yet these are the very people that control each and everyone of your movements whether you know it or not. You think you have a choice, but you don’t!
You know what the futures holds? We do and it this scene might shed some light, except this time it won’t be CDS and CDOs it will be the entire globals fiat system implode under spectacular debt burden fashion revaluing all fiat currencies at the same time, not before they fleece everyone and everything first! In this clip just replace the Jenga blocks of AAA, BBB etc with global fiat currencies, The Big Short (Great movie by the way and must watch for all of you)
