Strategy Inc Issuing Shares to Raise Cash!

As you can see below, Strategy announced the recent (MSTR) share issuance bought only 130 BTC at an average price of $89,960 spending some $11.7m and they issued 8.214m shares raising $1.48Bn with the majority of this going toward cash reserves in particular the creation of their new “USD Reserve” - see below:
Like we said many times before, once the Strategy Inc. mNAV gets to 1.0, it becomes much harder to raise capital and worse, incites the public to believe they may be required to actually sell BTC in order to pay out their annual dividends. Well today’s issuance basically covered 2 years worth of current payments. However this changes obviously once they issue more shares in any one of their tactical offerings. Their CEO recently said,
Strategy CEO Phong Le outlined a scenario in which the company could be compelled to sell Bitcoin if its shares were to trade below the value of its underlying holdings and access to new capital became constrained.
Yes we know BTC only needs to go up 1.25% per annum for MSTR to cover its obligations, but what happens if BTC trades below their DCA for a prolonged period of time??? We know that Strategy Inc. has gotten murdered since the highs in July dropping over $300 on the most recent lows, down 66%. However we like the short term set up here for the price to stabilize, but ultimately we do expect the low to drop this stock to $120 where real value buyers should step in and probably makes more sense to own the stock then BTC at that point. So long term buy and hold types should probably buy more here if your convicted to this thing!
